The surface treatment technology of anodized aluminum veneer is different from ordinary painting technology. It electrolyzes the conductive acid electrolyte through current to oxidize the appearance of the aluminum metal that constitutes the anode, and a thick and fine oxidation layer naturally grows on the aluminum surface. Aluminum protective film, this oxide film is not an additional layer and will not fall off.
Anodized aluminum veneer has a strong metal feeling: the aluminum veneer treated by the anode has high hardness, reaches gem level, good scratch resistance, no paint cover on the surface, retains the color and luster of the aluminum plate, outstanding modern metallic feeling, and improves the level of products and added value.
The anodized aluminum veneer has strong antifouling properties: easy to clean, simpler to protect, no fingerprints, simple to clean, no corrosion and mottled.
The imported anodized aluminum plate is used for processing and customization. The domestic aluminum plate anodizing technology is not mature enough to meet the high requirements of some projects for anodized aluminum veneer.
